In FSI you buy an already approved project eg. designs, elevation, number of flats, layouts, tower specification etc. which cannot then be modified by the developer.
However, Buying a Land means completely purchasing a piece of land from the authority and everything needs to be then submitted for approval by the developer for eg. designs, elevation, number of flats, layouts, tower specification etc.
We have completely purchased this piece of land with no loans at all and have ownership for it.
